Tender.Juicy.PorkChops
Juicy, tender pork chops. I've only screwed this recipe up once.
The only way to eat pork chops.
Prep time is 20 minutes. Cooking time varies.
What you need. The amount will vary depending on how much you are cooking.
- Pork
- Lawry's
- Pepper
- Cream of ????? Soup
- Carrots
- Celery
- Onions
It's three simple steps.
- Fry the Pork
- Prep the Sauce
- Let the Pork Cook
Fry the Pork
You can have whatever kind of pork you like. Typically, I like boneless center-cut, but I also like getting a whole pork tenderloin and cutting medallions.
First step is to fry them in a pan with a generous amount of Lowry's. If you cover them during cooking, they will cook faster and be juicier. If you don't, you can get a little char on them. When they are fully cooked, they are done.

Prep the Sauce
While that's cooking, you can prep the magic sauce.
Start with the cans of cream of whatever soup you like. I like cream of onion and cream of celery. You could use cream of mushroom or cream of chicken, whatever you want.
I do add a can of water for each can of soup. Depending on how you cook it, you may cut back on the water to have a thicker sauce to use as a gravy with your starch. The number of cans will vary based on the size of your dish. You want enough to cover the meat and veggies.
Dice some celery and onions and a clove or two of garlic. Add that and a few packets of G Washington's, then whisk it up. Feel free to skip or substitute beef or chicken bullion if you want, but this stuff is the bomb.

Empty some cans of cream of soup into the container you cook them in. Lately, I've been using my Instant Pot. I've used slow cookers or other dishes that can sit in the oven for a few hours.
Let the Pork Cook
Here is where the magic happens. You are going to put the pork chops in the sauce with the baby-cut carrots.
Years ago, I used a covered casserole dish, and then I graduated to a slow cooker. With either method, you are looking at about two hours of cooking.
These days, I use my Instant Pot. The pork chops are even more tender and juicy. Cooking time is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour.
I like to serve it with rice because it's easy, potatoes are always great too.
